I also drank lower calorie protein in the 2020s (different protein ).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In April 2021, I was 131 pounds, so even with weight training I was only about 4 pounds gained. (Height 5&#8217;7 about 172cm).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My ex at the time used to call me &#8220;skinnyyy&#8221; because I was so thin and look not healthy.<\/p>\n<p>It was my BIG complex.<\/p>\n<p>I seriously need to gain weight! My body has become one size bigger.
