There are things I need to stop doing in order to continue

When I have time, I go hiking at mountains.

It’s hard sometimes, but I like it.

I would like to say that it as a practice of life.

Since I started to want to know myself better, I have been hiking a lot.

So that is why today my legs are hurts so much that I can’t do anything.

I realized that pain can tell us what we are going through.

I try to see from pain as very compassionate, as are emotions such as anger, sadness, anxiety, etc., and so all pains and tiredness that come from my body.

In the past, I used to overwork my body and brain without paying any attention to it.

I drank until morning like at 4am, workout, exercised even though my back hurt, and did all sorts of things that ignored my “awareness”.

I was irritated by my back hurt, and I felt so miserable and sad because I was dumped by the love of my life.

When I was watching a movie, I would watch it until the end, even though I thought it was boring in the middle of the movie.

Most of the time, I hate the pain and thought “Just go away the pain” and keep working, no rest.

But in reality, it’s realized my pain but just ignore to overwork my back still hurts that of course not go away.

Honestly we should be grateful to the pain for telling us what to do.

It’s very hard to move on from lover left me.

But that sad feeling is what teaches me about my relationship with her and how I needed to leave her.

The analogy of the movie may be similar to the way we live.

In both work and love, you keep going even though you feel bored and that something is wrong in the middle.

If it were unnecessary things, I could quit it immediately.

It’s not so easy when it comes to the things and relationships that you love.

Continuity is power.

As the saying goes, if you don’t keep going, some things will not work or get better.

Quitting can sound as if it is a bad thing.

There are some things in the world that you can’t understand unless you keep going, even if it’s hard or boring.

So, you need to know yourself well how that things is going now to do just you stop and look it at.

 

When you want to know yourself, might be you don’t quit even once, you may not be able to see some things new.

If Sometimes it’s hard to see something is really necessary things or its not and you cannot realize it and just keep doing it.

Stop doing or quitting takes a lot of courage and it’s difficult to know when to quit.

When we think about the deep psychology of human beings, there is no the end.

If there are 100 people, there will be 100 different ideas and opinions.

So.

I think the life star is should be yourself who will be with you for the rest of your life.

By being focus to your own emotions and physical condition, you will be able to stop bad things.

If you are sensitive to your own emotions and physical condition, you will not be in that mysterious state of laziness that you get after watching a boring movie all the way through.

What I’m trying to say is

Move from one job to another because it’s tedious or boring or Avoid relationships that don’t work out that I don’t mean to say that you should stop working.

I’m not talking about avoiding relationships that don’t work.

There are many things that you are already aware of, but you don’t need to ignore them until the end.

You need to keep trying and stop sometimes.

I don’t think you have to go all the way to the end and have a boring ending.

It’s totally okay to stop for a while and start watching another movie.

Stopping and going on, noticing the various signs, is the same as “going on” in life.

When you meet a new you in a new movie, you can broaden your horizons.

You may find yourself enjoying things that you had stopped doing in the past.

Human beings are made up of our past experiences and habits.

It’s all about knowing yourself.

So, don’t feel bad that you couldn’t achieve and continue and stop.

I try to living honest with me.

It is a way to be honest with my thought and body condition

and freedom.

It’s the best way to live in life to continue and sometimes stop.

I thought that this is the same meaning “never give up”.

Today, from the pain in my legs, I realized that there are things I need to stop doing in order to continue.

And It was a day that made me think again about continuing.

When the pain disappears.

I’m sure that I’ll be able to stronger.

I am sure that when the pain disappears,
I will be filled with the desire to challenge a new mountain again.
