I was always skinny and could not gain weight.

I have succeeded in changing my body shape drastically by taking in a certain protein, and I would like to write about it in this article.

At the time of the photo, I was about 27 years old, just 10 years ago, before I came to the U.S. After that I started going to the gym in 2015, when I started weight training seriously in Corona pandemic, so it was 2020, and up to now it’s been about 3 years.

Since I came to the US, I haven’t gained any weight at all, despite all the super BIG heavy burgers and all the sizes of foods were bigger than when I lived in Tokyo for 7 years.

I’ve checked my weight myself by the scale from 2020.

 

At the time of the above photo (2011-2021), I gained about 2 kg.

Unfortunately, it’s only a little, not much.

*In those days, I checked my weight at different times such as morning, or after meals, etc., so my weight went up and down, very inconsistently.

I have been weight training for three years now, but I have not gained much because I have gained muscle and making less fat. I also drank lower calorie protein in the 2020s (different protein ).

 

In April 2021, I was 131 pounds, so even with weight training I was only about 4 pounds gained. (Height 5’7 about 172cm).

 

My ex at the time used to call me “skinnyyy” because I was so thin and look not healthy.

It was my BIG complex.

I seriously need to gain weight! I have to do something about it!

I went to a supplement store called GNC to see what I could do, and after picking up this “Serious Mass.”

Currently (July 2022), My weight has gained to 151pounds, so I’m up to a whopping 68kg!!
