Homesick

I went hiking yesterday.

Exercise is very good for the mind, and definitely the best way for me to refresh right now.

I also try to go to the gym at least five times a week.

I always look forward to exercise that day .

To be honest, I used to hate exercising.

When I was in Japan, I was working so much that I had no time for exercise at all.

And my days were filled with girls and alcohol.

I didn’t have time to spend on myself, I was just looking for pleasure and enjoyment but it was kind of addiction.

Now that I am spending more time on myself, I can see myself in a completely different light from my life in Tokyo.

Life in Tokyo was very exciting for me coming from the countryside, and there were so many temptations that I didn’t even think about spending time on myself. I think it was partly because I was young.

There were so many things happening every day that time flew by.

I thought that Life was not fun unless you were doing something.

I felt bored if I didn’t have friends, I felt lame if I didn’t have a girlfriend, and so on.

Maybe I was looking too much for what is called “rear satisfaction”.

Since I came to the U.S., My family is in Japan, not here, and even if I have friends, they went back home country eventually.

In the beginning living U.S, I felt alone and I was lonely and difficult.

But fortunately, I never got homesick.

Thanks to my parents’ education, I am allowed to do what I want to do, and I am living a very happy life now.

Some people get homesick living abroad.

There are many people who get homesick when living in a different country, or who feel lonely and are wondering if they should return home.

But there are also many people who don’t want to leave and want to accomplish something here.

It’s quite hard, isn’t it?

You have to think about your friends, your family, and what you would have done differently if you had stayed in Japan.

There are many things to think about.

However, The reason I don’t get homesick is probably because

I like where I live, and I feel that it fits me.

I exercise moderately.

I try to get enough of sleep.

I eat a well-balanced.

These are the four things that keep my spirit alive.

It is really important to live in a place that you like.

First of all, I enjoy waking up everyday. Even if I have a little difficult situation or something painful, as long as I can enjoy today, my life will be worth it.

Exercise creates space in your brain and makes feel better.

When your brain is tired, exercising and sweating will help you release stress and refresh your body, so everything will be fine. Also, strength training is a way to make you like yourself.

As for sleep, you can tell when your body and brain are not in good shape when you realize that you often don’t sleep well. I try to sleep when I can and take it easy on myself.

Eating well is a good idea.

When you start to eat well, you will notice how well you are feeling.

And a good food-balanced will definitely helps you.

I think a lot of people over thinking, over working, it when they live in a foreign country.

It’s not just about money.

There is also Visa and language issues.

It’s hard to make friends, and there’s not much time.

However, it is also true that there are many people who are trying their best.

There are a lot of things that don’t work out, like not being able to adjust to life in a foreign country.

But I like myself now very much.

I would like to share my feelings with those who are struggling like me so that they can have a good life in different countries.

Eventually,

I’m sure that one day “living foreign country” will change to “living now”.
