Life is short. How to make the best yourself

Is life long? or is it short? If we were to live to be about 80 years old, we would have about 4,000 weeks to live. Eighty years sounds long, but 4000 weeks sounds short.

As we get older, the speed of time seems to be getting faster and faster. Brain science has shown that we feel this way because we have fewer new experiences than when we were children. As the speed increases, so does my impatience.

I have been living my life without knowing what I want to do. I don’t rub my eyes and keep working until I fall asleep because it’s fun, like when I was a child. I’m always great in the beginning stages of doing something, and used to stay up until midnight trying to figure out how to make it work for a long time, but then I found myself less and less motivated and constantly. Couldn’t keep my motivation all the time and I was wondering what I could do to make my life the most enjoyable it could be.

Finally, recently, things have started to change a little bit. Perhaps more so than before, I feel that I now know what I should do to enjoy my life. And I feel that this will be a big turning point in my life.

Worthwhile work, hobbies, and fun things actually come from within. By understanding and accepting ourselves, we can reduce our fears and anxieties about the future and enjoy life a little more. It is not that you have to work hard all the time, but that there are many things in the world that are very warm.

That is the secret to finding what you love and what you really want to do in life.
